“
"I
believe the greatest gift I can conceive of receiving from anyone
is to be seen by them, heard by them, to be understood and touched
by them."
~ Virginia Satir
For over 45 combined years, Inner Journeys has worked
in the Milwaukee area, dedicated to supporting others in their efforts
to become more conscious, authentic and whole. Whether your concerns
are physical, emotional, mental or spiritual , we are able guides
in these realms. We believe that we are infinitely more than our
behaviors or any diagnosis we may carry.
Psychotherapy
With insight, warmth, humor, presence and intuition,
we join with our clients as they journey inward to explore their
rich and complex internal worlds. We create a safe, confidential
and supportive environment in which to do the work. We know psychotherapy
to be an artistic process of unfolding during which one is invited
to discover and deeply embrace all of who one is. The intention
of the journey is to weave the chapters of life into a meaningful
story, and to become aware of the many aspects of self that need
to be integrated as they are welcomed into awareness. As this occurs,
a greater sense of balance, joy, vitality, cohesiveness, authenticity,
creativity, and self compassion emerges.
“Your compassion and empathy are such a gift.
I felt so much lighter when I left your office”
