What is S.U.N?
S.U.N.is the Spiritual Unfoldment Network™. It is a network of spiritually oriented teachers dedicated to making esoteric energy work from all major spiritual traditions available to the public. Our goal is to assist others in progressing more effectively on their path without prescribing what that path must be.

How It Works?
In the various S.U.N. workshops, you will receive attunements which permanently empower you to work with these powerful and transformative energies through use of simple intention. During the workshop, you will have an opportunity to practice running the energies, and you will receive personalized instruction and a workbook which guides you in a practice at home. Practice can be for whatever amount of time desired, and progress is made accordingly. Classes can be taken in person, or by distance.

Who will benefit from S.U.N. classes?
S.U.N. students are seekers and searchers interested in personal and spiritual transformation. S.U.N. participants are diverse in experience, focus, and exposure to the use of subtle energies. Some workshop attendees use these energies and practices entirely for personal and spiritual growth, and other students use them to work with others.

• EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. Like psychological accupuncture, one uses their fingers to tap on meridian points while using two part statements. The first part of the statement acknowledges and welcomes the uncomfortable feeling/sensation or problem, and the second half of the statement provides an affirmation or choice that empowers, frees, etc. EFT is based on the theory that distrurbing thoughts and events cause one's energy field to become unstable and "buzz", which, in turn, creates anxiety, pain, hopelessness, etc. Using EFT techniques can often easily restore balance and calm. EFT workshops may cover specific topics, or be general gatherings. learn more
